I thought this too when I saw her in her last concert tour. She moved around and has the posture of an elderly woman.

I’ve seen plenty of women in their 70s moving around better than her. It’s quite sad. Cher is still skipping around on stage like a kid at almost 80. I think Madonna abused her body. She looked malnourished and underweight for years.

40 years of touring and performing complicated dance routines. Not to mention the hours of rehearsals and lack of sleep.
