Hideous interiors.

Far too big and not especially beautiful with low ceilings. It isnt terrible by any means but it isnt all that inspiring. But if you needed a house in the region with that much space it could be a good contender as the issues seem to be mostly cosmetic rather than structural. Would suit an equestrian with all those stables, not something I would ever have any use for. Those stables could also easily be converted into garaging as this isnt a listed / historic property, that I would have a use for, as would many other potential buyers.

I would have to disinfect every surface before doing anything else.

Katie is a skany mole. Her vajean would have slid along a lot of those surfaces...revolting. The land looks lovely. Isn't there an arrest warrant out on her for back taxes still being unpaid?

What a pity she's cleared everything before selling the brothel... I mean, house. It would have been so lovely if she had left some of the incredibly elegant decoration, which would have ensured a fast sale!

Also, she's only selling the house for GBP 1.5 million, even though it's halfway between London and Brighton? Either she's dumber than she looks or is desperate for cash - maybe her clients are looking for less trodden pastures?

It’s in England so I could make it work. I am shocked at the lack of old growth landscaping around the house though. Who doesn’t want that?

R19 House was only built in the 1930's so its less than 100 years old which could explain the lack of old growth landscaping. It would give this house more desperately needed cub appeal

As to the house: Love how the walls weren't repainted, the smashed in wall wasn't fixed, nor the oven door.
