According to PopBitch, this house was essentially left to rot, pet waste and all. There also may be an illegal landfill to deal with based on the notices. It seems are Katie has openly admitted dumping her old kitchen somewhere on the property.
Tasteful friends: Katie Price's "Mucky Mansion" is up for sale

Hideous interiors.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | August 2, 2024 2:35 PM |
Far too big and not especially beautiful with low ceilings. It isnt terrible by any means but it isnt all that inspiring. But if you needed a house in the region with that much space it could be a good contender as the issues seem to be mostly cosmetic rather than structural. Would suit an equestrian with all those stables, not something I would ever have any use for. Those stables could also easily be converted into garaging as this isnt a listed / historic property, that I would have a use for, as would many other potential buyers.

I would have to disinfect every surface before doing anything else.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | August 2, 2024 3:44 PM |
R3, I agree. It looks grimy and unsanitary.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | August 2, 2024 3:52 PM |
Are you describing Katie Price or her mansion, R4?
by Anonymous | reply 5 | August 2, 2024 3:56 PM |
I expected way more pink
by Anonymous | reply 6 | August 2, 2024 4:57 PM |
It's fine. More tasteful than I expected from Ms. Price.

Who’s Katie Price?
by Anonymous | reply 8 | August 2, 2024 10:44 PM |
It looks hideous on the outside. Is it one of those "I'm beautiful on the inside" types? I just won't look in after those for once newly kempt outsides.

Who's Katie Price?? Really?? Only one of the most important Brits of the 21st century.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | August 2, 2024 10:50 PM |
Is she the one who died from cervical cancer at a young age?
by Anonymous | reply 11 | August 2, 2024 10:51 PM |
I beg to differ, r10
by Anonymous | reply 12 | August 2, 2024 10:51 PM |
Where did she put Harvey?
by Anonymous | reply 13 | August 2, 2024 10:53 PM |
This is just an awful, awful house.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | August 2, 2024 10:56 PM |
Katie is a skany mole. Her vajean would have slid along a lot of those surfaces...revolting. The land looks lovely. Isn't there an arrest warrant out on her for back taxes still being unpaid?
by Anonymous | reply 15 | August 2, 2024 10:59 PM |
*skanky
by Anonymous | reply 16 | August 2, 2024 11:00 PM |
What a pity she's cleared everything before selling the brothel... I mean, house. It would have been so lovely if she had left some of the incredibly elegant decoration, which would have ensured a fast sale!
Also, she's only selling the house for GBP 1.5 million, even though it's halfway between London and Brighton? Either she's dumber than she looks or is desperate for cash - maybe her clients are looking for less trodden pastures?
by Anonymous | reply 17 | August 2, 2024 11:03 PM |
Change the doorbell ring to THIS and I'll take it.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | August 2, 2024 11:11 PM |
It’s in England so I could make it work. I am shocked at the lack of old growth landscaping around the house though. Who doesn’t want that?

[quote] the incredibly elegant decoration
R17 I couldnt find words to describe the "decor"on that insta, but "elegant" was not on my shortlist. Leaving it there wouldnt have ensured a faster sale, just means the new owner would have to hire a bigger skip
R19 House was only built in the 1930's so its less than 100 years old which could explain the lack of old growth landscaping. It would give this house more desperately needed cub appeal
by Anonymous | reply 20 | August 3, 2024 11:32 AM |
Looks like an old commercial building.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | August 3, 2024 11:34 AM |
R20 Ah shit I meant curb appeal
by Anonymous | reply 22 | August 3, 2024 11:36 AM |
With some work, and some talent, it could be turned into a beautiful home.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | August 3, 2024 11:37 AM |
R20, I was obviously being sarcastic. Nobody would find that decoration elegant, unless they are the type of people who have a pink neon sign in their foyer that welcomes clients... I mean, guests, with the phrase 'Welcome to Pricey Woods'.

R24, yes I thought as much. But I have been surprised and even shocked on here before!

She looks like she's mainlining testosterone at r25. With two 🏀 🏀 on top. Plus, generic tatts.
As to the house: Love how the walls weren't repainted, the smashed in wall wasn't fixed, nor the oven door.
Whoever buys it will either push it over or come pretty close.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | August 3, 2024 12:44 PM |
Sometimes the phrase “needs work” just won’t do.

Complete teardown. Scrape the lot and start over.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | August 3, 2024 3:06 PM |
Yeah, that's my take. Price, as it were, will go down and down until it's worth the bother.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | August 3, 2024 4:53 PM |
Not clear to me that the property is worthy of going through the bother of tearing down one house and building another. What’s the location like? I see it’s convenient to West Grinstead

Is every property ever for sale in England ugly?
Seems like it.

Someone should buy it and turn it into a big pub.

Sold, for the full asking price of £1.5 million.
