It's Gloria Johnson vs. Marsha Blackburn in Tennessee!

Gloria won her Senate primary handily. She was one of the "Tennessee Three" that created all the good trouble in the statehouse and drove the good ol' boys crazy.

It was neat to see a sixtyish frumpy white frau standing hand-in-hand with Reps. Justin Jones and Justin Pearson. And you know those two popular young men are going to show out for her in the general election.

I loathe Marsha Blackburn. Go, Gloria!

Very nice, but that hair could use some work, she looks like a mangy old lion just rescued from a circus he'd been performing in his whole life. There's a lot going on there, looks almost as complex as Trump's weaves.

Well, scientists agree that voting for a woman makes a man transition to female, so I guess this means there won't be any male votes left in Tennessee by the end of the year.

R1, her hair couldn't be any worse than Marsha f*cking Blackburn!!!!!!

R1, so does Blackburn’s hair…it’s like she doesn’t have a comb.

TN resident here…I soooooo want Gloria to win. I’ve met her, and she is a cool lady. I’m trying to be optimistic, but that cunt Marsha seems to be in it for life. I hate her so much.

Five replies and no one has yet exhorted the DL masses to give all their money to this person's campaign? I say that knowing it will happen. It would be cheaper to give a prayer to St. Jude though.

Whilst the chances of the state of Tennesse flipping blue in the Presidential election seem slim, although the vote share could increase enough to set the foundations for it to be competitive in the future, Marsha Blackburn I am really hoping will lose her senate seat. What are the chances?

As a Tennessean in Nashville, Gloria Johnson sadly has essentially no chance of winning the seat. I’d LOVE nothing more than to be proven wrong.

She was the one of the Tennessee Three old enough to run for the seat.
