Little Lord Rees-Moggroy is one of the most insufferably mediocre, arrogant, petulant, self-centered and egotistical abortions to ever be shat by the Conservative party machine. He's made a career out of being divisive and behaving like a Farage-lite monstrosity with Victorian aristocratic pretensions, but beyond the notion of "I'm rich, therefore I should be omnipotent", there is no substance whatsoever to anything he says or does.

Anyway, I hope he feels thoroughly humiliated, but that is wishful thinking on my part. This craven psychopath is incapable of feeling anything other than arrogance and self-adoration.

And JRM does his impersonation only quite well. He's far too laughably dressy and camera-hungry to pass as a real aristocrat. His father was a journalist and bookseller - a hack in trade, who lost a fortune in Lloyds, and had to sell the family's country mansion. Much of JRM's act is an exercise in overcompensation.
