My doctor prescribed Flomax to treat an issue that I've been having. Do any of you take it? Will you please share your experiences and feedback? Thanks for any information you can provide.
Do any of you take Flomax?

I take for enlarged prostate...I have for nearly a decade. No real side effects that I know of.

I take it, and don't have any side effects.

So you both haven't noticed any difference in your ejaculation or the amount of semen?

I've been on it for 6 months, still getting up in the middle of the night to pee, at least once or twice. No side effects for me.

R3, I have noticed a lot less these days (my friend in my 20's use to compare my load size to Peter North). But, I'm also pushing 45 now and the changes in the amount have started in past 2 years. I've been on FM for 10. So, I can't positively say it's because of the pill directly.

It’s my drag name!

Used to take it. Then I asked my urologist to give me what I call the roto rooter procedure. The doctor cuts back the prostate so it doesn't cause problems peeing anymore.
Downside is you cum into your bladder. But no more elevated PSA which is nice.

Yes, I have taken it for very short periods during kidney stones (which it is also given for). Usually I'm fine, but if if you deal with bad allergies, Flomax really dries out your throat and sinuses. Horribly so.
Unfortunately, it totally fucks up your sex drive/orgasms/cumming/etc. It basically kills the feeling of anything, and you barely cum.

I had horrible side effects that basically ruined orgasms and all but eliminated ejaculations.
After suffering with this for a year, I told my doctor and he switched me to a "sister" drug and things are about 80% better now. Not perfect, but I can live with it.

10+ years. No diminished sex drive - at all,, but lower cum volume - increasingly over the years. I have a good head of hair anyway, but it has made it better. Will probably do a Urolift procedure soon. My partner likes to swallow.

Thanks to everyone who has posted. I will give it a try. Also thanks for the information about the Rezum procedure.
