When Jane Fonda starts cryingâŠyou know itâs bad!

R1, I can't. It's lodged in your ass.

Those celebs like Van Jones and Fonda are tearing up because they know the seriousness of everything at stakes. I teared up myself. This isnât a hard pill to swallow. But it must be done.

This IS* a hard pill to swallow.

R1s comment is so typical of any criticism of the great president. Itâs like a fkin child.

Lifelong Democrat here, but I severely criticize the Democratic party officials for not setting up an heir apparent to Biden. They've had four years. They knew Biden was going to be 81 if I went for a second term. They knew he was getting old.
They also knew Kamala Harris was widely unpopular and would not be a suitable Presidential candidate.
They should been setting up an heir apparent in case something like what happened on Thursday happened. Should have had an obvious replacement ready to go in case Biden had to step down.
Four years to plan this out and they failed.

The Democrats will take a lot of shit for this and it is deserved. This election was too important to fuck around with. If Trump wins, the Democrats need to go the way of the Whigs for not planning better.

Calm your tits r7. None of what you wrote is verifiable yet.

Lifelong Republican here. Can't believe we nominated a tax cheat, blow hard, rapist, federal convict. A man so rich he couldn't afford a bond for his convicting liabilities. Wow, I'm apologetic we are thrusting him onto the world stage like this

Why arenât we focussing on Project 2025? Iâve seen more threads about this debate than Project 2025. Where are your fucking priorities?

Even though though I was alone Election Night 2016, I audibly said, âGod help us,â & found myself visibly shaking when Trump won. A reaction this political junkie from the â60s had never previously experienced. And Trump was so much worse than I even imagined he could be. And Trump 2.0 will even be worse.

Heâll somehow manage to decimate our national parks, and probably try to get endangered species off lists, unchecked logging, more pipelines, fracking, more pollution. Just a fucking disaster.

Jane is 86 and doesn't want this decline to happen chez elle.

Teacake, you've never found a pill that was hard to swallow. Or crush and snort. Or inject. You fucking junkie. Stop begging for WWs.

Of course SNL would have to be on hiatus during the debate.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | July 1, 2024 6:01 AM |
R16 : youâre so right . That was the real tragedy
