Well, yes, an international organization to prevent doping among athletes should administer its standards uniformly among athletes from all participating nations. But good luck to him, I expect his cause will need it.
Agreed, OP, that I've always found Phelps especially sexy. The man-bun, even if it looks at least as good on him as on anyone, isn't to my liking though

He's referring to the Chinese. WADA recently released that 23 Chinese swimmers tested positive for a banned substance but they believed China's excuse that it was a compromised kitchen at a hotel, and left it at that.
No suspensions, no investigations - and these Chinese continuously miraculously come from behind and have this amazing endurance.
Meanwhile, US and other swimmers have been banned for 2 years for taking an over-the-counter antihistimine or other drug for asthma. Let's not forget the track star who was banned from the Tokyo Olympics because she smoked pot after her mom died.
The cheating by the Chinese is legendary - and they still keep getting caught. So why did WADA turn its head away after 23 swimmers tested positive? There's no explanation - and the WADA leaders are threatening libel lawsuits.
Fucking arrest them - if we could.
