For €30 ($32 equivalent) I could have 15 expresos or cafés con leche or Americanos --and good ones-- and get enough change back for more. And a bottle of water in a coffee bar would cost no more than €2, usually €1.20 or €1.30.

Team bikini barista. The guy is a regular and knows the price. Did he throw Ice coffee? I guess that's NOT assault. If it was hot coffee, it's definitely assault. If he didn't like the prices he should have stopped buying there.

Throwing of any coffee and hitting the person would be assault. In fact, I'm not a lawyer, but I think even if it doesn't land, it's still "assault"; if it hits, it's "battery."
