I think an employee at any level at my company would have been fired if the first infraction made the news. But if that employee was in a key leadership role, they'd have been gone immediately on issues of whether they can exercise good judgment.

That pesky suite CFO job was just getting in the way of his day drinking. Now he can spend more time banging sluts and getting fucked up at his place in Cabo. Pretty much a win win.
