Club 33 is the members only club in New Orleans Square at Disneyland. Membership is referral only, requires a $25,000 initiation fee plus $10,000 annually after that.
The club is merely a nice restaurant. Meals and drinks must still be purchased separately.

10k annually doesn't seem like an exclusive amount. There are country clubs that cost 200k a year.
