Michael McDonald memoir WHAT A FOOL BELIEVES out this week

His first choice for the title, "My Name Is Barbra", had already been taken. He had to go with this lame title, instead.

Heard a little bit of his interview with NPR this week. Damn this guy is boring AF. Asked a simple question and he drones on and on forever. I could tell even the generous NPR fangurl interviewer was losing her patience.

It's a decent cash grab for aging stars with a changing media landscape. If you're younger or mid career, it's a good way to put yourself out there or create an angle for a comeback. The room for exposition sure as hell beats cable interviews and stupid social media creators,.so I like memoirs

Like him and his music or not, Michael McDonald is considered a classic. And he's still got it.
