I'm surprised she has the nerve to show her face after her big fuckup on the Oscars, trying to force the win of a white movie over a POC movie.

I wonder if this documentary will be a feel-good whitewash, or actually reveal anything interesting.

If it focused on her mental health “journey” (which was actually a willful slide into disaster) it could be gripping in a car crash way. She won’t want to discuss much that’s personal, though. She’s very image conscious, and lacks insight.

She's apparently not so image-conscious that she voluntarily poses for press whilst missing teeth.

I know this woman is a pill, and I get that aging makes a fool of youthful beauty, but why isn't anyone taking care of her?

Many people in their 80s are missing a tooth here and there. It’s natural.

Her teeth have never been great. Maybe it’s because she grew up poor. Or, she had a bunch of food issues throughout the years. If she was purging, that erodes tooth enamel.

She works and works until she’s half DEAD and NOW she hears people saying she’s getting OLD!!!!

She belongs in the same group as Oprah and Gayle as monsters that would haunt your nightmares.

There is no reason for her to be missing teeth since she has money. My 89 year old aunt just got implants and her teeth look fine. This is a mental health issue.

I’m guessing it’s Botox to rid her of smokers’ lines. If the right amount is used, it will lift the area, too much it will pull it downward. Sometimes Nicole Kidman uses too much above her eyebrows and it makes her look mean.

Some of you absolutely do not know what the fuck you are talking about.

When you lose a tooth or you have to have one taken out (as I did last year when I split one vertically from grinding my teeth too hard at night), they have to had a periodontist put in a metal screw into the gum where the previous tooth was. That has to remain in the gum for several months (4-6) until the screw fully settles into the gum and a new false tooth can be attached to it. So you have to go around for a while with a gap where your teeth was. I was incredibly self-conscious when this happened to me, but luckily it was not any of the front teeth. In any case, I had to go around with the gap for months--my dentist would not put the new tooth in any sooner.

This also happened with Judi Dench about two years ago--she had to have a few teeth pulled, and she appeared on television before she could have the new ones put in, so she was showing some unattractive gaps in between her teeth. But lately she's back to normal again.

I am sure this is what's going on with Faye. Old people often lose their teeth (which wear out if they had cavities when they were younger), and I would bet the farm she will eventually have new ones put in where the extracted teeth were. I don't think she's about to move to Tobacco Road anytime soon and/or that she's so broke she cannot afford to get the teeth replaced.

Some of you just CRAVE drama, and so you love to put the worst possible spin on things.

She had horrible bottom teeth when she was in her prime- but ratty teeth more more acceptable- He tops were capped.
