Lynsi Snyder Torres, trashy In-N-Out Burger Heiress
Inherited the business at age 17.
Now 41, she's the President of the company and worth over $6 Billion.
You all said she was a religious fundie, but I had hope that being 41 years old and seemingly down-to-earth, she might be a little bit more open minded.
Wrong!
From her Instagram page, she truly does seem horrible.
Like a mix of religious nut, with heavy metal and tattoos thrown in. Absolutely trashy.
But hey, at least she isn't price gouging like the other burger joints.

In-N-Out’s billionaire heiress says she stood in line for 2 hours to land a job at her own store when she was just a teenager to shake the ‘stigma of being the owner’s kid’ and ‘earn respect’

Her puppies, too.

FIX YOUR GODDAMN FRIES WOMAN

What's wrong with In-N-Out fries, R5?
They're hand cut, soaked and fried fresh daily.
I love their fries.

Because they're actually worse than frozen fries. Almost every other fast food company knows you need to double-fry them.

Yes, the fries are under-done.
No one yet has mentioned the spelling of her name:
Lynsi.
Also considered by her parents:
Linzee.

Order them well done R7. It will change your mind.

I don't want them brown and cruchy, R11. I want them cooked the way everyone else learned how to cook them in first-year cooking school.

The Snyders are family friends of ours. My step-father has an In-N-Out employee number in the low 30's. Started in the original Baldwin Park store and worked for the company for over 40 years. I've met Lynsi on several occasions. She is exactly what you would expect, and more. Religious nut (She led a prayer at a BBQ before we started eating), hardcore MAGA, and she expects people to revere her the way her grandparents were revered. Mr & Mrs Snyder (Nobody ever dared call them Harry and Esther) were lovely people. I had met Mrs Snyder on many occasions, and she could have been the most incognito multi-millionaire I have ever met. A very sweet lady.

Cool story, R15.
Have you met her husband too? He's kind of hot.
Your post doesn't exactly say she's a crappy person, btw. So does that mean she's "kind of" nice?

She sold her mansion a few years ago for $16.25 mil.

She does look like Tiffany Trump. Husband? I don't see the hotness.

She's only on husband #5 and she's only 41. She's still fertile and has one, if not two more fertile marriages left in her.

As any good Christian woman does.

R17 She's always been nice to me in our limited interactions, but her politics, affiliations, and forcing her religion upon people lead me to believe she's not a good human.

[QUOTE]Since she began leading In-N-Out, Snyder has been consistently popular with the company's employees. In 2021, her 96% approval rating on Glassdoor made her the highest-rated female CEO in the United States.[25]
I wonder if this is a true reflection of employee attitudes or if there's some inducement for filling out surveys favorably.

I know In-N-Out is extremely popular on the west coast, but I've had their burger/fries combo three times now (twice in San Fran, once in LA, at the Hollywood outlet) and just wasn't impressed. I hear they're beginning to bring the brand to the Midwest, with eyes on the east coast. I just don't see it doing well in the new locations, with all the competition.

Their grand openings are always mobbed, with drive-thru lines around blocks, but eventually, they become just another burger place.

It's unlikely they will ever extend too far since they do not franchise.

The closest they've gotten to the Midwest is Colorado and Texas.

I can see them doing well in the plains states. Find a spot by an interstate in a decent size city. Maybe even south of Maryland on the east coast. I read that she had a conference call with DeSantis and he invited her to move HQ to Florida. She declined, but I could see the opening up some restaurants.
