I love Jessica. Was watching Feud the other day and as good as Sarandon was, she still didn't come close to her....what an outstanding performance. How the FUCK did Nicole Kidman win against her. JFC.

And Yes Seth's hairline is outrageous yet what remains is soooo thick and luxuriant.

Seth is so ugly. With his droopy eyes slipping off his face, he resembles Sloth from the Goonies. Truly a face for radio.

He was a cutie at this age in the attached photo. He seems to have given up somewhat. He almost never dresses well. His body has gone slack and soft.

What a fabulous head of hair Jessica has! Poor Meryl must be dying. Her hair was magnificent back in the 70s and look at it now.

We've worked together and she has terrible arthritis in her hands and feet, hence the weird walking. Costumers had to give her special shoes and you will rarely see her barefoot anymore.

I've always found her likeable.

I hope she does okay in this new play. This is the most elderly and feeble I have ever seen her.

This month she'll be 75. She's on stage nonstop through the entire play. Few actresses have the stamina and the discipline to do that at her age. Lange deserves kudos just for getting her ass up there for at least five shows each week.

R22 Really? There’s a lot of old actresses still working.

She needed assistance from Seth just to get to a couch. She is very stiff for her age. I read some early reviews and they said the play was disconnected and Jessica hams it up. Sarah Paulson had a triumph with the play before this one.

R23, I was referring to more than just working. In the last couple of years how many other actresses were over 75, had the main role in a Broadway or West End show, and were on stage through the entire play five or more times each week? I can't think of "a lot".

Cicely Tyson and Elaine May both won Tony’s in the last 10 years or so as Best Actress in a play when they were in their 80s. Linda Lavin was nominated for The Lyons. I’d guess she was mid-70’s at the time.

That said, there are not a lot of plays where the lead actress is elderly. More likely, she’s a supporting character like Lois Smith in The Inheritance who also won a Tony.

Is anyone going to see it? I worry for Jessica’s health if it flops.
