If by fairly you mean above the law and buying everyone in sight who is just as crooked as he is, yes. If Obama or other POC caused the insurrection we had in January 2021 they'd probably be dead by now.

Orange is screaming about the unfairness of the judicial system and yet his sister sat on the bench as a federal judge for decades.

Trump just posted the (reduced) bond in his business fraud trial and has had the gag order in his hush money trial extended to also include family members of the judge and the DA.

No one else would have gotten away with what he has so far in both cases.
