The explanation is very simple. Trump is behaving like this in order to show his contempt for the " unfair" persecution he is suffering at the hands of the communist judicial system, just in case he is found guilty of anything. His zombies will believe his attempt to weaken another pillar of democracy and rabidly run to the polls to install him as a dictator in order to remedy America from the plague of the judicial system.
