Has anyone here ever borrowed a book from a library?

How does it work?

by Anonymousreply 16June 10, 2024 5:38 PM

Looking at your posting history, it’s no surprise you are this clueless

Are you fucking five years old, OP?

by Anonymousreply 2April 3, 2024 5:10 AM

Oh look, another idiot thread created by the “Oh look, another Trump thread” troll.

by Anonymousreply 3April 3, 2024 5:11 AM

OP shits his pants and smells it with his finger.

What a stupid question. This is DataLounge, where half the posters here were handed their first library books by Benjamin Franklin. They know how it works.

by Anonymousreply 5April 3, 2024 5:17 AM

OP eats the wax from his ears.

You just go to a library and tell them you want a library card. They ask for your ID, put your info in their system, and print one for you.

You can go to any library in your state. I have 3 different ones in different cities. I used to buy books but since they were stacked everywhere (bedroom, closets, living and dining room) it started looking like a hoarder house so I donated most of them and go to the library now.

It's not hard R8. It's really not. I always look forward to going to the Library. Just what R8 said, it's not hard.

[quote] You can go to any library in your state.

While that may be true where you live, it’s not true everywhere. Some library systems are by county and you must be a resident of that county to get a card and that card is only good within the set of that county’s libraries. My public library is city level and I had to show I have an address within the city to get a card. There’s such a thing as interlibrary loans, to borrow materials outside your library system, but that’s a different situation.

With all due respect Miss OP, I have my own problems.

Has anyone here ever breathed air?

How does it work?

by Anonymousreply 12April 3, 2024 6:41 PM

It’s pouring rain outside.

Do umbrellas work? If so, would I need to open it?

TIA

I love Donald Trump and wish to drink his liquid shit as he blasts it out his asshole.

Is this a good idea or will I fucking drop dead?

by Anonymousreply 14June 10, 2024 5:25 PM

I thought all books were banned now and libraries were just Internet cafes without the cafe?

by Anonymousreply 15June 10, 2024 5:36 PM

First, you need to write your name in blood in the big book bound with human flesh…
