How many acres is it on? Calling the house an estate seems a bit of a stretch.

Neal says a bulk of Bob's assets will be dispersed among over 40 different animal rights orgs and military nonprofits -- including the DonkeyLand Rescue in Riverside, CA, the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society ... as well as a bird conservatory.

Some of the estate's assets are also going toward the United Activists for Animal Rights charity -- which BB's girlfriend, Nancy, leads as President. We're told she did well taking care of him over the past year ... making sure he was attended to round-the-clock.

Neal says Bob left Nancy in charge of pretty much everything -- noting he enjoyed life and lived in the moment. Bob was 99.

Urgently needs new floors. Love the back yard.

I think I saw it on a "Tour of the Homes of the Stars" I took once in L.A. IIRC, the house is in the Hollywood Hills, just around the corner from Richard Simmons.

TMZ's headline refers only to his house. He had plenty of money that wasn't tied up in real estate.

The second floor looks like a motel with the staircase.

It’s under contact. It might not be a tear down because it’s listed in city of LA historical-cultural monument #673 so it may be protected.

They should use it as a Showcase Showdown prize.

Bob was starting to make the big money (by the standard of the time) back in the late 50s. This house would have been palatial in that era. Creeping California architectural vulgarity makes it look mid middle class now.

As noted above if it's protected that may save it, but otherwise I agree it would be a knockdown.

I'd rather buy that than the Kanye West house. He's asking 39 million for this shithole.

I can't stand the Outpost neighborhood. It's just too much in the center of Hollywood for me.
