I just watched it a few hours ago, and like it. Probably better than her version. I have an appreciation for Jack Black and his sense of humor and flamboyance. He's living life the way he wants to and seems like a genuinely kind person.

That Jack Black charisma plays out behind the scenes as well. My Dad was part of the construction crew that built Jack Black’s panic room and Jack Black farted in his presents. He is hilarious.

I didn’t start out being a fan of his but that movie he made with Shirley MacLaine won me over. (Title escapes me now.)

It took me a long time to watch the movie School of Rock because I thought I didn't like him and I usually don't like smart ass kids. But I loved it and he was great in it.
