It was interesting that Thomas Jane admitted he really did work as a male escort when he came to Hollywood. He's a likable actor and I wish we saw him in better stuff.

Plus it doesn't help that he's shown his hog. It's only a piglet.

OP I think his monstrously ugly spawn were there as comic relief. His wife was a shallow social climber so it's funny for her to have such ugly children.

I watched this show when it was airing and never got into it. I wanted a show where someone succeeded as a prostitute and got to live a glamorous life. He had a ton of problems finding clients and was basically broke for the entire series. I loved Secret Diary of a Call Girl with Billie Piper.

R7 That footage of her barreling down the steeet was epic.

I like him. I think he's a bit underrated. I'm not saying he's stellar, but he's got some presence and is sexy as hell.

I enjoyed Hung.

They way he looks now, Thomas Jane should play Bill O'Reilly in some biopic

I’ve always liked him as an actor and am glad he’s gone off the gear as he aged. I watched him in the Expanse recently, and he stole the scenes he was in.

He has a one season (so far) retired police detective show set in the Australian bush that’s pretty good; worth watching.

I rewatched the episodes with Stephen Amell recently.

When he was promoting the show on "The View" he told the story of how when he told his wife of the time Patricia Arquette that he was was playing a guy who was hung, she said "Oh it's Science Fiction"?

It's been a while, but I remember liking it. Not the most incredible series, but good, fun.

This was back when cable tv was on this edginess craze that really just meant the show was about sex. But it was actually a decent show.

R24 It shows what a joke the Acadmy is. Glen might arguably be the greatest actress of all time and no wins. Yet Marissa Tomei and Cuba Gooding Jr have Oscars. The universe isn’t fair. And now Billie Ellish has two and they snubbed the Queen back in 2022.

I've always thought he looked sexy, but the stories of him being a jackass are legion on DL.

Recently watched this series again which I had originally quit after about 8 episodes. Well, I quit after 8 episodes again because it just went off the rails. So much potential but it seemed to me they just didn't know where to take it. Terrific cast though (including the ugly kids, who I thought were just perfect).

A friend of mine was a guest director on the show. I remember her saying that Thomas Jane was a loon but not difficult, Willing to try anything.

I worked with Jane Adams about 20 years ago. Brilliant actress but very crazy and indeed difficult and stubborn. I think it's why her career has never progressed.

I always got Thomas Jane, who was somewhat handsome, confused with Mark Valley, who in my humble opinion is much, much hotter......and rumored to be much more, um, appropriate for the title of this show
