I don't care how she looks I'm glad we have her. She carefully selects her projects and nails them brilliantly. I hope she's acting til she's 90.

I am seeing this look a LOT in celebrities….their cheek fillers/impacts are sagging. But I agree, she’s hit the wall. Her eyes look tired, skin tone more crepey, she doesn’t look dewy anymore.

Having said that, she’s still a beautiful woman. But it is strange how quickly it happened. Maybe she has a medical issue that caused her to take a break from her usual cosmetic maintenance? Idk.

I believe that these mid 50s women like Cate and Nicole would look so much better without plastic surgery.

Wow. I always liked her fashion sense. She never was young and dewy like some other actresses, but that was a good thing.

She did get some cheek implants and looks like a chin implant, as well.

I'm guessing she's a smoker, so that has probably aged her.

Seeing Jodie Foster in this HBO detectives thing makes me appreciate women who take care of themselves (diet, exercise) but don't try to make their face something it will never be. Foster looks old and pretty. Many of the botoxed beauties look like ... I don't know, monsters. The plumped lips thing is especially harrowing.

It's a slippery slope to an Ellen Barkin type of face. Hope Cate can take a break from all of this face work.

She does have a great body though if you like long, slender & small breasts.

She is one of my favorite actresses but am disappointed in this, so very unnecessary. She looks awful.
