So, if the Arabs or Putin cover the 500 million Trump owes through a variety of secretive means, (it would be chump change for them), and Trump is elected President, then essentially Trump will have to kowtow to his rulers, and America will essentially be governed by foreigner dictators at a level not even previously seen through the first Trump Presidency.

Trump’s business now has a court-appointed monitor. It will not be possible for anyone to secretly infuse half a billion dollars into it.

The sad thing is that many Americans would just shrug their shoulders if Trump's debts/legal judgements were paid off by foreign dictators hoping to get something in return. They essentially did the same when he lied and said he had divested himself of his businesses/put them in a blind trust when he was President.
