I worked with Ozzy on a Best Buy commercial (with Justin Bieber), and I adore the man. Came in, was smiling so hard and shaking people's hands, it made the whole crew happy to see him. Bieber was a fucking brat, and Ozzy trolled him during his takes, crossing in the background, which were hilarious. They ended up keeping the takes.
