Thom Collins was a fitness model who was recruited to do a spread in Playgirl. He agreed. In January of 1991 the issue with him as Man of the Month would debut and be his only time in the magazine. What separates him from the other men up to that point? I wonder if he’s still alive. The only info I could find is he was born and raised in Los Angeles. His birthday is April 6, 1972. He was only 18 when he did this photoshoot.

I think his life partner gave it to him. He was a teen and the man he dated was much older. They stayed together until his partner died in 2012. He was only 14 when he got it. He was 16 in this pic and that’s the man he was with.
