Yes there is a TV channel devoted to it, but one among many (sometimes very) special interest channels. Fewer than 2% of Spaniards attend a bullfight in a year. It's not only old men who go to see them, but you'll find a lot of old men there. It's illegal in some cities and regions. It's a hold-out that lingers and will do for a while, but it's future -- or rather lack of one-- is obvious and everyone knows it.
