Epstein was a figure among the rich in NYC in the 80's, 90's and beyond. He moved closely in all their circles but kept out of the public eye. TBH I'd be shocked if Trump didn't know him cause Epstein knew EVERYBODY that was wealthy. That does not mean Trump was doing little girls with him. Epstein was a master at ponzi schemes and needed to keep his "investors" constantly turning over and feeding his pipeline. It would be too risky to compromise someone like Trump cause I'm sure he used Trump for introductions. It would have been the same with Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, etc. Now Prince Andrew on the other hand......

Trump knew him and President Trump confirmed reports that he threw Jeffrey Epstein out of his Mar-a-Lago club years ago, adding, "I was not a fan of Jeffrey Epstein."
"Jeffrey Epstein was not somebody that I respected. I threw him out. In fact I think the great James Patterson, who’s a member of Mar-a-Lago, made a statement yesterday, that many years ago I threw him out. I’m not a fan of Jeffrey Epstein."
Trump continued: “I didn’t want anything to do with him. That was many, many years ago. It shows you one thing -- that I have good taste."
Trump added that reporters should look into the people who went to Epstein’s private island.

I hope you're not under some ridiculous delusion that Trump had any kind of moral objection to anything Jeffrey Epstein was doing r6. Please tell me you're not that stupid. If they fought it was undoubtedly over money or some vague kind of "respect." Those are Trump's only motivations.

For the better part of two decades starting in the late 1980s, Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump swam in the same social pool. They were neighbors in Florida. They jetted from LaGuardia to Palm Beach together. They partied at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club and dined at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion.
And then, in 2004, they were suddenly rivals, each angling to snag a choice Palm Beach property, an oceanfront manse called Maison de l’Amitie — the House of Friendship — that was being sold out of bankruptcy.
But friends and associates said the two wealthy New York-to-Palm Beach commuters had socialized for years, drawn together by a mix of money, women and power.

She describes Trump's penis as "smaller than average" but "not freakishly small."
"He knows he has an unusual penis," Daniels writes. "It has a huge mushroom head. Like a toadstool..."
"I lay there, annoyed that I was getting fucked by a guy with Yeti pubes and a dick like the mushroom character in Mario Kart...
"It may have been the least impressive sex I'd ever had, but clearly, he didn't share that opinion."

Defacto, the only proof for this is Trump’s word. Remember, the same guy who was going to make Mexico pay for the wall?
[quote] During and after his term as President of the United States, Donald Trump made tens of thousands of false or misleading claims. The Washington Post's fact-checkers documented 30,573 false or misleading claims during his presidential term, an average of about 21 per day.[1][5][6][7] The Toronto Star tallied 5,276 false claims from January 2017 to June 2019, an average of 6.1 per day.[2] Commentators and fact-checkers have described the scale of Trump's mendacity as "unprecedented" in American politics,[13] and the consistency of falsehoods a distinctive part of his business and political identities.[14] Scholarly analysis of Trump's tweets found "significant evidence" of an intent to deceive.[15]

R35 A bit off the Epstein topic, but don't forget, Trump was elected only because of the structurally unfair Electoral College. Trump lost the popular vote to Hillary Clinton by something like 2.9 million votes. So, purely as a measure of popular sentiment, American voters rejected Trump resoundingly in 2016 and by an even larger popular vote margin in 2020.
Now -- could you argue that America is "done" because, over the past ~200 years, our many generations of government leaders haven't done away with this antiquated structural inequity? Or, that America is "done" because we have appallingly low civics education and voter participation in what is supposed to be the world's pre-eminent democratic republic? I say yes, fair argument on both of these fronts.

R53 I didn't say it wasn't constitutional. What you didn't excerpt from my post was my next statement: "Now -- could you argue that America is "done" because, over the past ~200 years, our many generations of government leaders haven't done away with this antiquated structural inequity?"
Federally and across the states over the past 200+ years as the union grew to 50 states -- we've had thousands of legislative sessions and elected officials who've let this inequity stand, for various politically strategic reasons or for thinking it wasn't a priority. The controversial 2000 election outcome should have been a modern day reminder and warning to all Americans, especially those politically inactive/disengaged, that there remain constitutionally legal inequities in our government that can very easily usurp the popular will. That enough people still haven't gotten off the couch and decided to vote -- much less vote for principled state and federal leaders who will advance progress including a constitutional amendment to retire this inequity to the ash heap -- is the reason history soon repeated in 2016.

Forget about what's inside the files, no reporter since Julie K. Brown's Perversion of Justice has anyone looked at the known, published facts. Epstein said that HE introduced Melania to Trump. The original Palm Beach investigation of child rape turned up more than 30 victims and 100 witnesses. One of which was 13 yo Katie Johnson who said that Trump and Epstein fought over who got to rape her first. Guess who won? Katie is a real person who could be asked about this, I imagine.
14 yo Virginia Guieffres was working at Mar a Lago when she just happened to meet Ghastly Maxwell and Trump just lets the girl go to Epstein. This story has never been questioned by the media? Not even why a 14yo is working in a locker room in a hotel.
The famous video of Epstein was film from NBC reporter, Faith Daniel's, TV show. Where is the rest of the footage? Why do we only see 10 seconds of it? Trump boasted on her TV show how he forcibly kissed her while her, according to Trump, good looking husband's back was turned. Why has another NBC reporter ever asked Faith about this incident?
Nick Tartaglione, convicted murderer, Epstein's cellmate who tried to choke him to death but failed. Nick was a cop in Briarcliff Manor (pop. 7,319) and home to a Trump golf club that is NEVER mentioned in the media. How many cops in Briarcliff Manor? I wonder if Trump knew any of them. It's odd that no one has ever asked about this.
