I just got some background info about this case. The Palestinian smoke shop owner on the next block knows this guy. He said this is what actually happened. The two guys went in there and paid $150 each ($300 total) for an hour of massage and sex,. However, the sex thing happened right away and he finished in less than five minutes. However, after that the sex worker/masseuse didn't wanna do the massage. He got angry and took the money they paid back. The spa worker lied to police and claimed he raped and robbed her. He's now sitting in Riker's Island. He comes from a poor family and doesn't have money for legal representation so he only has a court appointed lawyer.

I don't know - I can see both sides acting in bad faith. I tend to believe that he went there for a massage and sex and all he got was a 5 minute handjob.
