That song sounded too much like Marvin Gaye's "Got to Give It Up." The copyright holder for Gaye's song sued and won.

I don't know if he's still doing it but that shirtless photo reeks of a man who was shaving (or depilatorying) all his body hair off. I've seen far too many quite hairy chested men who removed their chest hair and the skin takes on a very specific look and that's the look Thicke's skin has in that photo. And considering how hairy his father was it's highly doubtful Robin would come out so smooth.

I hope he isn't still getting rid of his chest hair. Good chest hair on a man with a less than stellar body can mask a myriad of sins, and make a man with a blah body turn into a man with a hot as blazes body.
