I don't think many on here are anti trans. Some are for sure, of course.

But I think most want transfolks to live a great life free of pain and discrimination, if possible. However, sometimes trans rights and women's rights butt heads. It's just the way it is.

The disagreements seem to be mostly in this grey area. Should transwomen be housed in a women's prisons? Or play women's sports? Or be able to stay in a woman's rape shelter? These are all valid things to discuss and we need not call people "anti trans" if they think trans women and bio women need some separate spaces.

Anti trans should be reserved to the Matt Walsh's of the world.

R2 The main issue for most gays isn’t even that. It’s simply that gay and trans are completely different issues and lumping them together makes no sense. I don’t hate trans people. I don’t love them either. I just don’t care. They aren’t us. Even with that said, I wouldn’t necessarily mind being lumped in with them if they at least respected that fact that this really isn’t their community and they are just squatters. But no, they had to take over the whole damn community and make everything about them, broadcast bastshit crazy agendas, and make the general public hate gays again.

I do think the militant, aggressive TRAs often do the community more harm than good. Saying Marsha Johnson started the Stonewall Riots, for example, when we know via first hand accounts (including her own!) that's not true is a bizarre lie to propagate and, sadly, makes one question many of their other claims. But I try not to penalize the entire trans community for this.

Of course so-called "gender-affirming care" for minors involves hormones and puberty blockers. The whole idea is to delay puberty. At what age do you think that happens? And some minors have also had surgery.

Gay men don't want to fuck transmen. Lesbians don't want to fuck transwomen. Because they are gay, meaning attracted to the same sex. And transfer are female and transwomen are men.
