Not sure if this was posted, I searched but just last week she was awarded 211 million dollars from John Hopkins All Children's hospital - The story is terrifying. Basically, she had a rare neurological disorder but some CPS person decided she was abused, took her away from her family, and kept her at the hospital, accusing her of Munchausen by proxy and then just faking it. Her mother committed suicide, not able to deal with the stress of what they were doing to her daughter. She sued both the private CPS frim (Florida outsources their CPS) for 2.5 million and was just awarded another 211 million. Crazy.
And she deserves every cent of it.
