Isn't it on you to prove he was gay? This "prove me wrong" business is silly and intellectually sloppy. Even if the women were, as you say, "codependent mother figures," that hardly proves he was gay. Go back and take Logic and Argument 101.

There was a film made about a trip John Lennon went on with Brian Epstein in the early days of Beatlemania. I don't know how factual it was, but the trip did indeed happen and Brian Epstein was rumored to have had a crush on John. Paul McCartney is always quick to dispel the rumors that Brian and John hooked up, or that John was Bisexual.
