That is a piece of education all should watch. It could save your ass one day.
So yes it should be taught.

I keep seeing black people on television say they have to teach their children how to act when stopped by police because it's such a frequent occurrence. Yet I keep seeing them talk/react to police like I would never dream of doing.

Zero impulse control among those people. Or common sense.

If only they could put that to good use like so many white men have done with their own adventurous, fearless spirit via exploring the world and discovering things.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | November 11, 2023 7:35 PM |
I've gone down a rabbit hole of watching police cam videos. It's amazing how many of these women (most white btw) start screaming rape, or molestation while being arrested. They also scream that their rights are being violated and how dare anyone impede them being a nuisance or braking laws. The police are unbelievably calm most of the time while these ferals are screaming, clawing, kicking and biting.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | November 11, 2023 7:35 PM |
You really don't like Black people, do you R11?
by Anonymous | reply 14 | November 11, 2023 7:43 PM |
The cop was angry and looking for a fight when this whole thing started. If she failed to stop she would have been going a lot faster. Looks like she stopped when she did see him.
he put her on the offensive as soon as he opened that door.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | November 11, 2023 7:47 PM |
Wow, that cop had no self control at all. He went from annoyed at her to pissed off and manhandling her so fast. And approaching the car with his gun out?. Nah, he's needs retraining.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | November 11, 2023 7:48 PM |
Also amazing how many of them take place in Florida.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | November 11, 2023 7:57 PM |
She did not stop for him at all. She was stopped in traffic, when the policeman was able to catch up with her.
The woman is completely ignorant and stupid. She should have pulled over long before he caught up to her.
Did he use excessive force in getting her out of the car The woman was not following his directions. She was more concerned with answering her phone. When he grabbed hold of her, because she was not following his directions, she resisted.
The policemen was clearly annoyed. But she was incredibly stupid.

R9 A low IQ will do that.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | November 11, 2023 8:18 PM |
Acknowledging that getting stopped as a Black American for many is a nightmare scenario happening. It is understandable that she would be keyed up and want to call loved ones to relay the incident.
According to the end of the video she was driving with a suspended/revoked license and her license plate was “unl. attached license plate not assigned” - ?
She at first said she didn’t have a license. Then she started reaching, which probably further triggered the cop?
Later when recounting from squad car she said she was reaching for her license. Maybe she still has it even if revoked?
It also would explain why she was hesitant to pull over. Why he pursued her might have bern the license plate?
As for approaching the car with a gun out, isn’t this common if they feel someone is resisting? It’s unclear how long he was pursuing and if she really did not hear/see sirens for blocks.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | November 11, 2023 8:19 PM |
Please, she knew a cop was behind her. She also knew she had a suspended license and was trying to get away.

R6, periodically I see some handwringing video or story with black people pulling long, sad faces because they're burdened with teaching their kids not to mouth off to cops, attack cops, run away from cops, etc.
Boo hoo, honey. Decent parents of every race teach their kids that, and don't cry about what a tragedy it is to have to teach their children not to lose their shit at the worst possible moment. It's just normal parenting for anyone who's not a total piece of trash.
And yes, you do see white people and Hispanic people and all kinds of people freaking out on cops. And they all had trash parents too lazy and/or stupid and/or self-pitying to teach them the basics of living in a society.
I'm no fan of cops. But any sane person knows it's better to pursue a wrongful arrest lawsuit than to have your next of kin pursuing a wrongful death lawsuit.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | November 11, 2023 8:50 PM |
We should teach de-escalation in school. I've overheard guys blow up disputes that could be resolved easily.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | November 11, 2023 9:20 PM |
She was nuts but the first cop didn't help the situation. The female cop essentially acknowledged that when she told him to step back.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | November 11, 2023 9:38 PM |
The female cops understood the power dynamic that was pissing off the driver. It's a shame the woman couldn't control her emotions..... It's not that they don't arrest the cops necessarily, but there's no respect to people in general. It's this young generation and most of them think cops can't put their hands on a person. Just talk to the cops and it'll be fine.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | November 11, 2023 9:42 PM |
r16, the cop did nothing wrong. She was not pulling over and when he approached the car, he had no idea if she was armed or was going to flee. Having his gun out is standard protocol in that situation.
I was told by my mom when I was a kid that if you get stopped by the police, you do what they ask. Why? Because they have a gun.
This bitch was a classic case of "I'm going to scream and yell and cause a scene because I'm a black woman who is playing a victim."

The reason her license is suspended is because of other trouble she caused in the past. Probably a DUI or too many traffic violations or unpaid fines. But none of it is her own fault of course, because racism.

The driver is calling cops bro in between calling them pussy-ass bitches, and then her boyfriend yells at her, “Bruh, shut UP!”
by Anonymous | reply 35 | November 12, 2023 12:16 AM |
My god she is dumb. But the cop messed up big time. He never told her to get out of the car before reaching in the car to grab her.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | November 12, 2023 12:28 AM |
Someone in the YouTube comments claim the police report said the cop had sirens on behind her for a mile. That she made a turn and eventually got caught in traffic.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | November 12, 2023 12:33 AM |
I think a lot of cops and their allies never seem to take into account that a good 80% of drivers go into a NASA pod-like state when ensconced in their vehicles. I must admit I'm guilty myself pretty often.
Music turned up super loud, narrow-focusing on talk radio or podcasts, phone conversations, Mapquesting, etc. All huge distractions. There are times when I've caught my heart in my throat when a cop car going 80+mph, lights and sirens "suddenly" appears on my rear; I never heard or saw them until they were right upon me. And for me I'm focused on NOT hitting an axle-breaking pothole, avoiding assholes weaving in and out of traffic, gawdawful signage, poorly-striped lanes, etc.
And we've all heard "distracted driving is reckless driving," but it's a rare driver who is NEVER unfocused.
No idea what this girl's issue was, but I 100% can believe she only saw that officer's flashers at the last minute, and NEVER actually heard the sirens.
Still I don't understand not immediately obeying every command, no matter how assy the officer(s) is.

by Anonymous | reply 40 | November 12, 2023 1:54 AM |

R41 Except she had an expired/revoked license
by Anonymous | reply 43 | November 12, 2023 2:14 AM |
Agreed, R41, which is why I said she should have IMMEDIATELY complied with the cop, no matter how assy the officer was. Because in the end no matter how often the badge bunnies always claim to the contrary, it's the cops who have the power, not the citizen.
In any case, this youngest generation is rife with a curious mix of low affect when it comes to interacting with others + hyperemotionality when they feel aggrieved. It is truly baffling, and can be infuriating. Very limited EQ, plus lack of self-insight.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | November 12, 2023 2:24 AM |
[quote]Probably texting and driving, taking selfies and blasting music.
When you're choosing to drive with a suspended license, you should be hyper focused on the road and not being distracted by everything else, to ensure you're not attracting the attention of cops. But, it's unlikely this person has any common sense or this situation would have never gotten to this point.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | November 12, 2023 2:37 AM |
The cop is in the wrong even though she is an idiot who committed multiple felonies. First of all he approached her vehicle hostile. Umm you have an idiot who decided to willfully ignore glaring lights and sirens. What sense does it make to approach the vehicle aggressive. None at all. He is low iq. But then he makes a fatal error which I’m sure he was reprimanded and written up. The cop reached in her car without ever telling her to exit the vehicle. Is that how they train cops in Florida. He NEVER tells her to turn the engine off and exit the vehicle. But then again he probably makes 20 bucks an hour.
What sense does it make for a cop to approach a big dummy all aggressive. He doesn’t know the reason that she didn’t pull over. We all know the reason is because she is a big dummy. No one knows that until he interacts with the big dummy. Said big dummy could be having a medical emergency, in distress, or having a stroke. He also doesn’t know who else is in the vehicle until he pulls over big dummy because no one knows with certainty who is in a vehicle until it pulls over and you interact with the occupants. The big dummy could have someone else in the vehicle a criminal, a crazy person saying if you pull over I will shoot you in the head. A cop is suppose to remain calm and investigate a situation. This cop sucks.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | November 12, 2023 2:38 AM |
In any major city a cop would tell a driver who willfully ignores his pursuit and lights and sirens to immediately turn the engine off and step out of the vehicle.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | November 12, 2023 2:40 AM |
I think he grabbed her because after saying she had no license she reached. He may have thought she had a gun.
Everyone acts like it would be easy to be chill as the cop in this situation, but any interaction for them could be deadly.
She didn’t just run a red light just as the video started. He had a siren on for a mile behind her and his anger and adrenaline were up for a reason. Innocent people stop.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | November 12, 2023 2:51 AM |
It’s actually scary how dumb and ignorant this woman is. The way in which she talks about not looking behind her while driving a car is insane. You dumb cunt. She is just a big fat liar though. Crazy.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | November 12, 2023 2:58 AM |
R46, the very first thing he says to her is "Turn the engine off." Then he tells her to get off the phone and she refuses. That's when he opens her door and says, "GET OUT OF THE CAR."
Why are you saying he never said these things? It's right there in the video. He had every right to approach her with some aggression. He had been following her for some time and she never pulled over. Believe me, when you have a car going lights and sirens after you, you KNOW they are there, even if you are blasting the radio.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | November 12, 2023 10:43 AM |
R39, my brother-in-law was a New York City cop and he said those were the two calls he hated to get the most. The domestic violence ones bother him especially when there were children present which made the whole scene much more unpleasant, sad and harder to deal with. The traffic stops were always scary because you never knew what you were going to have to deal with, including violence.
My job is a step or two downstream from first responders. Most people have no clue what they have to deal with on a daily basis. There are a lot of fucked up people out there, drugs, mental illness, low IQ, personality disorders, etc. and people do really fucked up things to each other. Videos can't convey the tension, the sense of the unknown, and the awareness that things can go south really quick.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | November 12, 2023 11:19 AM |
R50 Because he didn’t tell her to get out of the car. He pulls her out of frustration. Yes he did tell her to turn off the engine. When he first approached the car he cussed at her and bitched. No a real professional cop would have gaged what’s going on and told her to turn off the engine and stop out of the vehicle.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | November 12, 2023 3:40 PM |
R50 he had every right to approach big dummy with his gun drawn and caution because bid dummy refused to stop. Approaching with aggression and outward expression of hostility using profanity and judgment makes no sense. You have to see what’s going on. It further makes no sense because this is someone obviously breaking the law.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | November 12, 2023 3:42 PM |
All of you are ignoring the obvious because this woman is black and ugly. He knew she wasn’t reaching for a gun. He could see her hands. She kept messing with her phone not acknowledging his questions. He even says get off your fkin phone and then grabs her. Police have protocol to follow. He should have remained calm and not cussed her out.
People are foolish when they think you don’t have to give a cop your undivided attention when they pull you over. You do and if you don’t because you don’t have to it will be problematic. Problematic usually leads to arrest.
