Played PC Penhale on Doc Martin. I have been binge watching the entire series for the last week. I thought he was interesting looking (I'm a pushover for a man in a police uniform and a man with thin lips). Then one episode where he was in the shower naked and from the waist up he was a fine hunk of man. He's one of those beautifully muscled men it's hard to tell how well built he is when he has bulky clothes on. Between him and the adorable Joe Absolom I am in heavy lust right now.
Sadly there are no shirtless photos of him that I can find on the internet. But just look at that fine frame on him.
