This is what makes the Oscars a complete and total joke.

It's not even remotely based on actual acting ability.

Instead, it's like running for Homecoming King and Queen.

The studios put out SHIT like Barbie and Everything, Everywhere All At Once, then sell them to death, campaign endlessly, take out expensive media advertisements, whore out the actors and actresses in every media outlet to talk about their roles in the movie, and then buy the votes of the Academy members.

That's why that JOKE of a movie EEAAO swept the awards last year (not to mention it checked off all the Woke boxes), and that's what they're doing with this CARTOONISH BRAIN DEAD BARBIE movie this year.

I fully expect it to sweep next year's awards.

It's already bought and paid for.

Intelligent movies and actual acting ability are both meaningless in today's Hollywood.
