Wow. She did not age well.

WTF did she expect? He has dementia and she's an ex from decades ago.

r4 she still looks better than a vast majority of 60 year old women.

Also its not surprising that she still is concerned about him. He is still the father of her now adult kids and they are forever a family. Most people end up being at least cordial or even friends because its just easier for everyone.

They’re closer than most divorced couples. Yes, lots of couples end up being cordial, but they spent the pandemic together, and she apparently has a very good relationship with his wife. And WTF did she expect? Probably that his dementia would cause him to forget who she is, but that doesn’t make it any less sad.

They have a unique relationship. Not many ex-couples remain on such good terms much less would all live in the same house during the pandemic. They stayed extremely close after they divorced and it’s sad to read that he’s forgotten who she is.

“Cybill, my good friend!” he was overheard to exclaim during one gut punching occasion when Miss Shepherd came to offer her respects after many years of estrangement.
