They have a lot of nerve calling that Miami. The house and decor are hideous. The yard is georgous but you can't use it. Do you know how many mosquitos, snakes, spiders, fire ants, no see ums, rats, raccoons you would have to deal with? The only benefit is watching all the hot gardeners and exterminators you'd have to hire to clean up all the debris and crap.

There are pythons all overa that area. I could never relax with my pets in a place like that. This snake in that neighborhood was found in 2011. I can't imagine how many more there are these days. Did I mention the slugs? Yeah, every day, all over the place.

I read Drudge and sometimes post links I see there over here. I doubt he's trawling DL's reposts of the Mail, NY Post, and World Star Hip Hop for links for his site. DL is hardly on the cutting edge of breaking news.

This house is in the exact location where 100's=1,000's of snakes were released when hurricane Andrew passed over in 1992. I wondered if I might be exaggerating the problem but look at this usgs map.

Absolutely no. In addition to feeling like an abandoned cult house, it looks like palmetto bug Hell, surrounded by all those trees and overgrown vegetation. I’m guessing the travertine is not original and was part of the 1996 renovation. It’s a dealbreaker. Also the pool. Would cost a fortune to remove and replace (the pool and the floors).

If it had lighter colored terrazzo floors or maybe even slate (although slate seems out of place in Miami) it would be nice.
