I can picture how that could happen. Stuffing them in really fast to beat the competition. then they get caught in your throat and start to back up. Then quickly, lights out.

I had a neighbor who choked to death on a marshmallow. I don't know if she'd stuffed a bunch in her mouth or choked on just one but it was very sad.

There was a pancake eating contest at a college a few years ago and a girl choked to death. Apparently the pancakes can swell up in your throat and should never be shoveled in like that.
