If he is really gay and he chooses to remain closeted, what does that say about how he truly feels about being gay? That it's something to conceal and be ashamed of.

Again, if he thinks he will ruin any possible future in politics by coming out, I think he's under a huge misapprehension. He actually might score more votes by coming out and being honest and true to any potential voters, but more importantly, to himself.

You're reading me wrong re. R19. I meant when politicians come out these days its typically with a little spouse to flout. Schlossberg doesn't have to come out. He just seems to be a bat out of hell doing his thing. From what we've seen of him he seems so hyper and self-satisified, that's why I couldn't imagine him sustaining a relationship. Even if somebody could nail him down who could put up with him? Granted, all based on how he comes across, with no real insight into who he is. But fair to say there doesn't seem to be much substance there?
