Woman sues Disney World after getting “painful wedgie” from going down water slide at Typhoon Lagoon

How do you injure yourself on a speed slide? Why her in particular? Was she too heavy? Was she wearing the wrong attire?

How do you get injured on a speed slide!? I don’t understand, and I’m a personal injury lawyer!

I can see a vaginal wedgie happening with her suit riding up. The rest, I don’t know.

The most vaginal place on Earth!

Reminds me of that woman doing a limbo dance and her bathing suit breaks, showing her fanny

I once got stuck in a dry spot going on one of those enclosed water slides then a bunch of water came rushing over my face and I couldn’t breathe. One of the scariest moments of my life. I never went on another one.

Your were being waterboarded r4!

Woman here. I can see how this might happen: if the crotch of the bathing suit bunched up and dug into her labial folds while she was in a hard slide....gives me the cringies just thinking about it.

But to sue over this? Hmmmm........

Douche slide.

I recognize her! She was on my Spirit Airlines flight just the other day!

Op, surely a lawsuit can't happen if others, in the exact same environment didn't get injured?

[quote]On its website, Disney World calls the Humunga Kowabunga “the ride of your life,” promising to give visitors a “surprise ending.”

Sounds like user error, not Disney's fault.

If she had worn properly sized gear, none of this would have happened. Yes, in this case, we should blame the "victim," even if only the victim of her own stupidity.

Based on the headline alone, I guessed it was a lesbian in basketball shorts or something.

R12 British fanny

That is probably something that happens from time to time. I’m surprised that guys aren’t getting hurt more, and weight seems to make a difference. It’s kind of intriguing to learn about theme park accidents. Once there was a slide built at a wrong angle and it ended up killing people
