What does this mean? No government shutdown for the next 45 days at least, for sure? Wasn't he saying mere hours ago that he'll only agree to an extension if the Ukraine funding is removed? Is that not an issue anymore?

From what I understand, it will be done in a separate resolution. R19 is right, most of congress supports it because they know Putin is our generation’s Hitler.
