Is The Way We Were Barbra's Greatest Hit?

for beauty of music and lyrics, and for Barbra's voice at its absolute peak, I say YES.

So many choices in the poll!

How will I ever decide which one to answer?

Nope

Hits, schmits. I like the medley with “Something Wonderful” on The Broadway Album.

“Peep Hole”, her initial hit was clever, daring, yet so pure and emotive.

"Second Hand Rose"

TWWW is definitely a classic and peak Barbra. It's not an easy song to sing, so it really showcases her voice. Plus, it's got lyrics that people relate to.

Sorry about the video quality, but I think this is an actual live performance (not lip synched). 1975. Barbra's looks were beautiful here, as well.

It’s a beautifully written song. I discovered it when the Queen performed for Barbera’s Kennedy Center Honors. Babs is a great singer.

R6, that show to promote Funny Lady was extraordinary. I think that was the last time she performed so honestly, emotionally and "raw". She does look very beautiful.

I like this one. It's not perfect but her voice was angelic, yet powerful. The lyric somehow captures the simple tragedy but miracle of being human and alive. The whole recording session was recorded because the studio was so large, she and Rupert Holmes couldn't see each other, or so I read.
