Theme from China Beach

Friends theme “I’ll be There for You” by The Rembrandts. I actually liked the song for hearing it on the radio but never actually watched the show.

Absolute ear worm, this one. Once it's in your brain it's in there daily for weeks. Months. Decades.

I love this song. Of course the actual show is famously insufferable.

The opening theme to The Prisoner is amazing. It always gives me the warmest feelings and makes me so excited for the episode. Same guy who did The Prisoner theme also did the theme for Doctor Who

The theme from Twin Peaks was perfect for the show. I read that David Lynch, always the micromanager, worked very closely with the composer.

Both the instrumental and the vocal versions of the theme haunt me. Instant throwback to the late 70s - early 80s.

"Melrose Place," with the moody, atmospheric laid-back 1990s synthesizer line that bursts to life when the characters are introduced. Monday was always a crummy night of the week because you'd gone back to work, and this song always made me happy when it came on.

Impossible to choose a "favorite" single theme out of 70 years of television.

I like just a few of those mentioned above. Nobody has mentioned the Dexter theme, the Equalizer, Johnny Quest, Danger Man theme "Highwire", or the Gary Shandling Show theme.

R73, I'm such a fan of that show I bought a Lumon Industries . I think it's the first time I ever bought something from clicking on those targeted banner ads.

I do hope there is a Season 2 and maybe end. I love it but I don't think it could possibly go on without being repetitive or becoming a whole new show.
