Why you shouldn’t believe “heartwarming” viral stories on social media

This person claims to have found a crawling, hungry bumblebee and rehabilitated it and it’s still alive (three weeks per the video, but now seven weeks per the submitter’s social media.)

The “heartwarming” bee rescue was shared by Upworthy.

A crawling bumblebee is probably already at the end of its natural lifespan, which is FOUR WEEKS.
