They go out of their way to make it sound like organ harvesting. As does our OP. But was there an autopsy on the decayed body or not? It could very well have been animals who scavenged his organs.

There was a multi-part documentary that aired on the Bounce channel a couple of years ago. The documentarian thought his friend had been murdered but the conclusion, albeit begrudgingly offered, was that Ryan did not meet with foul play.

How could he not have met with foul play? Under what circumstances does someone lose their organs while in the middle of the desert?

r15 this also reminded me of the Georgia high school student whose organs also went missing. He died mysteriously in his own high school gym in 2013. The parents didn't find out their son's body was stuffed with newspaper until after it was exhumed; the funeral home said he arrived without any organs.

His parents have been fighting for ten years to find out how he died and still have no answers (they don't believe it was an accident).

I only see these organ theft tied to mysterious death stories recently about young black males and I can't help but think its a conspiracy.

Rasheem Carter, 25, was reported missing Oct. 2 after his mother said he had sought help from police and frantically called her to say white men in three trucks were pursuing him. That was the last day Carter's family heard from him.

On Nov. 2, authorities said they found his remains in a wooded area south of Taylorsville, Mississippi. In a statement on Facebook a day later, the Smith County Sheriff’s Department said it had "no reason to believe foul play was involved" though the case was under investigation.

"He was in so many different pieces," said Yokena Anderson, a cousin to Carter’s mother, Tiffany Carter. "They wanted to tell us that he went there and fell dead and the animals were feeding off him."

And in other cases, organs are removed during an autopsy. These families like those mentioned in R15 aren’t knowledgeable enough to understand and assume everyone is lying to them.

If someone died in mysterious circumstances in police custody, it would behoove the medical examiner's office or their contractor to at least release the requested body parts after a over year, so they don't end up in a CNN article. It's asinine for them to be retained that long, it doesn't take that long for toxicology and investigation.

They filed a new lawsuit naming the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, as well as the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office.

I know all about Tuskegee, Henrietta Lacks, etc. Yes there are nefarious conspiracies that abuse and kill POC. But a couple bodies without organs, some of them with logical explanations, spread over a few decades, does not make a criminal organisation systematically harvesting organs from American male POC. There are organ harvesters around the world, though, that is for sure.

Four articles about, as R 38 calls them, random black men is not dispositive that this is something that only ever happens to “POC”.

The organs are removed from EVERYBODY who undergoes an autopsy. This is not news. This is a case of some ill-informed families who are unable to accept reality and are looking to cash in by claiming “foul play” despite having zero evidence.

r46 I don't think anyone is refuting that organs aren't removed for an autopsy. It is unusual for organs to be retained for an investigation indefinitely.

The fact that the high school student's family weren't even notified that his organs weren't put back in his body prior to burial is also unusual. A medical examiner's office would go out of their way to do that in high profile cases such as these.

And even it their organs were removed during an 'autopsy' -that in and of itself is highly unusual couldn't they at least tried to contact or inform the families prior? The coroner took the organs out of the body and weighed them, like they always do. The funeral home saud they didn’t receive the organs from the coroner and so there was a void space and they used newspaper to fill the void, which is acceptable even if it sounds awful. The man is dead, he doesn’t care if he’s got newspapers in his body. It was done to make him look presentable to his family.

In case of a possibly suspicious death they may retain organs for further study while giving body to funeral home so family can have a prompt funeral.

At any rate, he was found dead the next day, so his organs were of no use to a living person. They couldn’t be transplanted. What’s the family’s explanation for why organs were removed? They think dead organs are being used in some nefarious medical experiment? He didn’t have a disease, like Henrietta Lack.

The family sounds nuts. They’re suing 38 people. They’ve filed an $100M lawsuit and an $1B lawsuit and claim an FBI agent told his sons to assault the student. Meanwhile.neither son was anywhere near the gym and one of the sons was at a sporting event at another school.

The other guy who was in the desert …. definitely scavenged. Eyes and internal organs contain fluid and that’s key to surviving in a desert. Scavengers go for the fluid. They don’t want your dried up skin.

Kendrick was found dead in the gymnasium at 10:30 a.m. on January 11, roughly 10 hours after his family reported him missing. He was located in the left corner of the gym, in a rolled-up mat that was lying against a wall. A pair of Nike shoes was found in the mat with Kendrick, and one black and white Adidas shoe was found near Kendrick in a pool of blood. The second shoe was discovered on the floor in front of one of the mats in the gym, according to the local news outlet.

Dr. William R. Anderson wrote in his June 2013 report that Kendrick suffered “blunt force trauma, right neck, involving right mandible, and soft tissues, including the area of the carotid body, consistent with inflicted injury.” The second independent autopsy, that Dr. Anderson also performed, yielded the same findings — with the report explicitly stating that their findings were “not consistent with positional asphyxia,” which was Georgia officials’ final determination.

According to CNN, funeral director Antonio Harrington claimed the 17-year-old’s organs “were destroyed through [the] natural process” due to the position of his body when he died. He also stated the funeral home never had Johnson’s organs, saying they were “discarded by the prosecutor before the body was sent back to Valdosta” for burial.

Adding to the confusion is the fact that in October 2013, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation told CBS that Kendrick’s organs were returned to his body following the autopsy, as per protocol. “Those organs were in the body when we sent it back to the funeral home,” an agency spokesperson said. Kendrick’s organs were never located.

Kendrick’s father was shocked by his son’s disfigured body. Kendrick’s arm was nestled over his head, suggesting officials did not bother to lay his arms straight, the father said. Kenneth also said lacerations and bruising to his son’s face made him think Kendrick was in some sort of fight.

The story is not what happened to their bodies AFTER they were murdered,but BEFORE -what caused their deaths in the first place. One man show up at the police station and ends up dead with his organs gone. A high school teens body is found roles up in a mat. 😞😭🥺 Most people are usually done by someone the victim knew. But in those cases you almost never hear about the killer REMOVING the victims ORGANS. Why would somebody kill and remove the organs of a high teenager and roll his body up in a mat? Doesn't sound like he knew his murderer. And why were there ( conveniently 👿😣🤔😔) no cameras -in a High school were there's cameras everywhere ? And every family invented these heinous cases just to get money? There's no amount of money in the world they could compensate me for if my family member was killed like this!

I'm having difficulty putting your theories together. The local white sherif told his boys to beat up this black boy and they did so, and killed him, on accident or on purpose, so these boys harvested his organs and sewed him back up before rolling up in the gym mat?
