My neurologist has prescribed Qulipta for migraine treatment. I started taking it about a week ago and I can't eat. It is like taking speed minus the insanity. I not only have no appetite, I am having to force myself to eat, which isn't a good thing for me because I am already very thin. It works great though, I haven't had a migraine since I began taking it. Had anyone else ever taken it?
Has Anyone Taken Qulipta for Migraines?

I predict numerous DL Fat Whores booking appointments for horrific migraines now.

R1- There are no other side effects for me, just appetite suppression. I am hoping this side effect will eventually subside. Trying to eat any kind of food is like trying to swallow cardboard.

At the risk of stating the obvious, OP, I hope you've made your doctor aware of this side effect.

OP, have you tried Topamax? It does impact on appetite slightly. The downside is that it stops alcohol working.
Can you drink on the current medication?

No. Because I don’t have that.
I DO have type 2 diabetes but I manage it well. It’s a little pill with a big story to tell!

Are migraines proveable or just another one of those disheases that mostly women get? Like the sick building thing?
