Amazing that the aging process works the way it does. Not that she doesn't look still good, but even at the time of the Princess Diaries movies when Julie was pushing 70, she was more or less unchanged from the way she appeared all her life. Being able to walk with a cane at 87 is not a big deal. So long as she is independently mobile she's fine. It's when you need assistance to go outside, or depend on a walker, then you have limited mobility.
