The room R59 posted is stunning—there are a few other portions of the house that have a similar art deco look that is striking, but the weird thing is that other sections of the house have very dated '90s-looking fixtures and other elements (the big pale square tiles on the kitchen floor, for example). It is a weird house with a weird aura (and not exactly because Naomi killed herself there, but that's probably part of it). Ashley's house is charming but way the interiors are way too white—girl needed to get some accent colors on those walls to give it some character and liveliness. The glaring white is depressing.

Somebody bought the house for $4.5 million and now they're trying to rent it for $15,000/mo. The typical rule is that a house should rent for 1% of the purchase price, which would be $45,000/mo.

Why is the new owner trying to rent the house for only 1/3 of what it should rent for in order for them to not take a financial bath? Is Naomi haunting the house? Or perhaps things have happened that make them think she is.

$45,000 / month sounds like a lot for a house that isn't a grandiose mansion. Not many people in Tennessee can afford that kind of rent.

Maybe if the house was in Nashville's nicest neighbourhood and there wasn't the whole graphic suicide thing, the owner could get $15,000 per month or more.

1% is what is suggested so the owners don't actually lose money by purchasing then renting out a property.

Why would somebody purchase a house then maybe a year later try to rent it out for such a small amount that they will hemorrhage money on the deal? All I can come up with is that they very much want or need to get out of that house. I'm kind of kidding about Naomi haunting the place, but... it's weird.
