Biscoff cookie butter

I recently had churros with Biscoff sauce instead of chocolate. I don't often think something is an improvement on chocolate, but in this case...

Seems like it would be delicious - in small amounts - and then would become nauseating because it's so sweet and rich. Love Biscoff cookies. What would be a real world application? On a graham cracker maybe - I say that because my mom would always make frosting for cakes and have some left over and put it on graham crackers, which was surprisingly good. On fruit?

I usually eat it on a Ritz, or dip pretzels in it or even just eat it straight out of the jar. But for a real head trip, try dipping the Biscoff cookies into it. It’s double the flavor!

I know that cookie butter ice cream, as great as that sounds, would be way too much for me - the high sugar plus dairy is the killer. A bite of someone else's would suffice. But I'm glad it's out there.

Trader Joe's cookie butter is amazing with apple slices. I don't recommend the ice cream.

Apparently, in addition to the traditional cookies and cookie butter, there's chocolate covered biscoff cookies, Biscoff cookies with cream filing, and Biscoff ice cream bars - which actually sounds better than regular ice cream. Also, the butter comes in creamy and crunchy.
