Other than dieting what is the cure for this? Kegels?

How old are you? At a certain age everyone loses collagen and elastin fibers in their skin causing sagging. It’s a byproduct of aging I don’t think you can avoid.

Yoga/pilates dynamic movement, working deep core line, lower back, glutes, quads and hamstrings. Also taking care of the hip flexors, and thighs. Increased movement in the hips/pelvic halves is helpful
Ex. Deep yoga squat pulses, Side lunge pulses, inverse table pulses,
Work is the only thing that will resurrect your ass.

One of the worst things you can do is lose a bunch of weight. Asses are built on muscle and fat. Whenever I tighten up my diet my big full ass loses a lot of volume. As we age, some fat keeps your ass fuller and rounder.

Elliptical machine for half an hour and then lunges, preferably while holding dumbbells depending if you can handle the extra weight.
Do that three times a week. Your ass should feel like it was stomped on the day after, which will lead to muscle growth.

R9, please post more. I’m actually doing what you’re describing, it started about a year ago after I did my first ketamine treatment. My body is completely transforming working out the way you describe. I finally look forward to working out too, the missing link for me was always yoga combined with more body weight training. I need “low and slow” and I HATE gyms, I enjoy working out at home with my Westie. It’s clean, no weirdos, I could do it nude if I want, I loooove the privacy because I’m rolling around like a freak, and you’ll look insane at the gym doing yoga as you described (at least at the gyms around here).
I did lower yesterday but I *still* feel like I need to do more because my ass isn’t sore enough haha. But in yoga, I hold poses for ten seconds, sometimes longer, and sometimes I’ll even move slowly into new positions (like triangle pose, I start with arm straight up for 10x then I point it toward almost 3pm for 10, then I turn so my upper body is facing straight the floor and being head to knees for 10, then I use my left arm to thread over my thigh and do a full triangle twist for 10. I am also doing more “pulsing” moves and more sustained holds.
Like you want defined legs? Do chair pose against a wall for 1 - 2 minutes, do it say three times. So I look for ways to shock my muscles and give them the actual burn, and I have to steady my mind to do that. It takes enormous concentration.
R9, what do you recommend for core/abs/love handles, lower back toning? I’m doing more and more planks, it took me almost a year to be able to do a true “star” plank. I can barely do it, but that’s why I’m asking about core. I’m 51 and I have had multiple surgeries so my core really really suffered because I was healing. I want to fast track getting somewhat ripped abs.
