Pretty simply - a lot of Nick's story this season involves a closer look at his family life, especially his brother and his dad, and how those relationships have impacted him and continue to impact him. It made a lot of sense to me to bring that scene forward and make it a part of that journey this season, bringing that plotline to somewhat of a conclusion!

My hope re Prosper is that joe is very aware of how shit they are and working on it (maybe even got some help from CAA while in America?) For basically 11 months straight he was working, play rehearsals and the play July and august, Heartstopper September through December, Agatha December through early june. So he probably wasn’t planning on or aiming for interviews, press, and events.
